This negative review is the only communication I received from this customer. I immediately contacted her to help but have not heard back from her in almost a week. I advertise the masks as "one size fits most AVERAGE SIZED ADULTS" and have many repeat orders from parents for their teens to plus size women. I sew high quality masks and want customers to be satisfied. I welcome custom orders for those needing smaller or larger sizes and do my best to resolve any issues, but I can't help those that choose to simply leave a negative review and not contact me.

5 out of 5 starsTook a while to get this one but the fabric is nice and the fit is really snug to my face. Love the foam add on at nose bridge and it is super comfortable but wish the nose wire that comes on this one was a more substantial metal piece. This shop is currently not offering more masks or I would purchase again.

5 out of 5 starsI purchased two masks and they are very sturdy. I wash them in a lingerie bag with my other masks that need cleaning. Air dry them and they still look band new!! You can't go wrong with these masks!!

3 out of 5 starsNot enough material to make it wide enough for an adult. When you talk, it either pulls down from the nose or up from the chin. The owner is trying find a better fit for me by making new masks for me. If things go as well as I am expecting, (from the responsiveness of the owner) I will upgrade my review again.

A negative review (initally 1 star) is how I was notified this customer was not happy with her masks. I immediately contacted her to help. I advertise the masks as "one size fits most (average size adults)" but wanted her to have a comfortable mask so I made and shipped (at my expense) a new one in a XXXL size which she was happy with. As most sellers, I want customers to be happy and try my best to resolve any issues, but would appreciate the courtesy of a private message versus a negative review as the first contact that something is wrong.

1 out of 5 starsItem arrived damaged with frayed elastic and was not wearable. Rather than sending a new item or refunding me completely, Jeanne accuses me of cutting the elastic. She was very hard to deal with and quite rude. Unfortunately, I had to open an Etsy case to resolve the issue and receive a full refund (which I did). The mask itself was sewn very well, but the elastic earpiece was worn and barely hanging on by a thread. Sadly, because of the lack of customer service, I can not recommend this shop.

I'm always happy to work with reasonable customers, this customer was not one. She admittedly damaged the mask herself by cutting into the elastic when she cut opened the envelope & demanded both a full refund and a free replacement. I offered to repair the damage and ship it back to her at my expense but she refused to send the damaged one back to me and instead filed a case against me for a full refund. Unfortunately, my shop was on vacation mode and I didn't get the emails from Etsy until I turned my shop off vacation mode, but the case had already been closed in her favor. I love sewing and making masks was a great way to de-stress after working all day as a healthcare provider. Selling masks - not so much, but I'll focus on the many positive reviews & knowledge that I've brought happiness & comfort to many.
